I’ve never actually been a big fan of AI. However, with SKAIVISION, what I found was it’s customizable. So if the interaction didn’t go as you had hoped, you have the ability to go in and change that. And I love, love, love that about the product.But it is very interactive with the client. It doesn’t leave them feeling like they’re talking to a bot. And that was my biggest concern to make sure that we’re always working to have this feel like a real experience for the customer. That’s what was really, really important for me. And now I actually am a fan of AI because it simplifies the process for the team, for the sales consultants. And it does the things that were such a challenge for us to get the sales consultants and sales managers to do, because there’s only so much time in the day you need a helper. And that’s what AI does. The biggest saver is time. And that’s what we’re always trying to find more of. So I work with all different size stores from under a hundred units per month to over two fifty units per month.
