About SKAIVISION

Built to Help Dealerships Act on What Their Cameras Already See

Dealerships have cameras across the service lane, drive, and store. For years, that footage was mostly used like game tape — reviewed after the fact, often through camera interfaces that made it hard to find the moments that mattered. SKAIVISION was built to change that.

Our Story

From Passive Footage to Real-Time Dealership Action

SKAIVISION was founded to turn existing dealership camera activity into live acquisition workflows, manager alerts, cycle-time visibility, and accountability triggers. Dealerships were already capturing important operational moments on camera, but those moments were not connected to the systems, teams, or workflows that could act on them while the customer and vehicle were still in the lane.

A vehicle entered the service lane. A customer waited too long to be greeted. A handoff was missed. An express lane slowed down. A strong acquisition opportunity passed through the drive. The footage existed, but the opportunity often disappeared before anyone could respond.

Jason Fayling and Mark Queen built SKAIVISION to close that gap without asking dealerships to add another manual process. The platform works with existing camera infrastructure to detect physical activity, connect it to dealership data when available, and trigger the workflows, alerts, and reporting events that help teams act sooner.

Our Mission

Help Dealerships Turn Service-Lane Activity Into Action

Our mission is to help dealerships act on the moments that usually go unseen, unmeasured, or unresolved. SKAIVISION turns existing camera activity into acquisition workflows, manager alerts, cycle-time visibility, and accountability triggers so teams can improve performance without adding more manual work.

What We Believe

The Best Technology Helps the Store Execute

Visibility Should Create Action

Seeing what happened is not enough. Dealerships need to know which moments matter, what was missed, and what action should happen next.

The Service Lane Is a Revenue Center

Every service visit can reveal acquisition opportunities, cycle-time delays, customer experience risks, and execution gaps that affect profitability.

Better Process Should Not Mean More Manual Work

SKAIVISION is built to support the team already running the store by turning camera activity into workflows, alerts, and reporting without adding another logging burden.
